REBUKE ANXIETY

These last couple of days I have been challenged mentally and usually my anxiety will be through the roof however, I haven’t been letting anxiety take control of my steps. Anxiety will stop me from answering a simple text message from a loved one some may not understand but I will go hours or even a whole day before opening the thread alone, in fear of the unknown words. Anxiety is the fear of the unknown in simplest terms you wreck your brain before knowing the actual outcome of the situation. Growing up I never really knew how to manage my anxiety and honestly I didn’t really label it until the last 5 years of my life. We have to REBUKE the avoidance that comes with anxiety. It stops us from taking risk in our daily life, having those difficult conversations, and shaking the table. When you are lead by God you are never at risk. God made us stronger than our anxiety and we have to not only believe but trust that he will give us everything we need to conquer those times.

Protection

What one person wont do the next person will, sometimes God will block the things you think are meant for you to save you from hurt and pain. God, I thank you for protecting me from the things I can not see. Save me Lord

Great Monday

You ever woke up renewed like you just had a sudden change of attitude and up in good spirits, well that’s me today. Most Mondays are challenging for me however, today I woke up and decided to not let anything ruin my week starting today! I am in control of how my week goes and I will protect my energy by any means necessary and so should you.

I am not the labels

You are allowed to live outside the labels people in your life have put up on you. I am a mother, I am a school professional, I am a daughter, I am a CEO, I am an author, and I am Gods child.

Keeping your faith

In the off season it may be difficult to keep your spirits positive, especially when a snowball of bull-ish is happening at one time. However someone reminded me today to “TAKE HIM AT HIS WORD” – god that is. After you pray, you must rest and know that GOD heard your cry, wait for the sign, and don’t miss message in it. The sign is not the destination, it’s the direction you should go in.

The art of self-fulfillment

From the time you wake up to when you go to sleep the activities you partake in are measurements of how you are filling your cup. What makes your you feel full on a daily basis and i’m not talking that unhealthy feeling where you have digested a nasty meal but that feeling of being whole, happy, and achievement. For me it’s working out, reading my daily bible passages, updating my websites, creating these daily blogs, and being with my kids doing fun activities. It can be different for you and that’s fine, it’s your responsibility to know what is the capacity of your cup and what your are pouring into it, whether positive or negative. #selffulfilment #pourinyourcup #knowyourcapcity

Un-forseen Circumstances

One day it can be all peaches and cream then boom its vinegar and salt, like literally in the matter of 24 hours. Life will continue to throw you curve balls, you can catch them and toss them back like a boomerang or you can create a ball pit of fun It’s your choice. Through it all God will continue to bless you in your rough times.

Back to reality

Kids going back to school what a relief ; but for us school professionals its just the beginning of a new school year. Another 180 days to help expand the minds of the future, however it’s the joy in the children’s eyes when they run up to you or you hear Miss Hardy Miss Hardy Miss Hardy 30 times in one hour. Knowing that these little faces look forward to seeing me is worth every headache they may give, cheers to a new school year professionals we all hold a title that keeps these institutions thriving! Each and every one of you are important.

Motherhood

One of the greatest gifts you can give is the gift of life, and as a women we all know what pregnancy takes us through. Most days I feel like I’m not doing enough, then others I feel I am giving it 200% and then some. Being a mom doesn’t come with a handbook, you learn new tips and tricks each day, and each day is a new lesson for you and them. However, that mom’s guilt tends to sneak up on you randomly and first hand I am experiencing it. I want to give my kids the world, I don’t want them to do the things I have done growing up to survive I want to my children to experience the full capacity of having a childhood and becoming adolescents. My children are a reflection of me and I am their role model, They ARE MY WHY!
